RATES TO BOOK:
Do not fear, there are no hidden fees or a million add on fees anywhere! Except the cleaning fee of $75, of course. Everything you need to know and the fees associated with your booking are listed below:
Includes the main event space with tables, chairs, and sitting nooks for designated time. Perfect for quick team meetings, studio time, content creation, or photo shoot bookings.
$150 Hourly Weekend Rate (3 hr min)
$75 Hourly Weekday Rate (2 hr min)

Deposit information
There is a $300 deposit refundable upon completion of event with no damage, overtime, removal of property, and room left as agreed upon. There is also a 25% of event nonrefundable deposit.
